Come and hear Darieth Chisolm, an Emmy Award-winning television personality, former NBC News Anchor, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and life and business coach. Darieth is also a revenge porn victim turned activist, filmmaker and founder of 50 Shades of Silence: A Global Movement Giving Voice and Dignity to Victims of Cyber Harassment and abuse. Having recently been featured on the Megyn Kelly TODAY show and The Dr. Oz Show and other notable media outlets and publications, Darieth has become a leading voice on the issues of cyber harassment and revenge porn and has added activist and filmmaker to her roster of accomplishments. Specifically 50 Shades of Silence aims to advocate for stricter laws and tougher enforcement for cyber sexual crimes; encourage the accountability and responsiveness among online companies; promote social responsibility for texting. We will discuss her story, journey, and hear from local leaders on how to help women and girls of all ages here in the MetroWest and MA.  Darieth was named Top 10 Trailblazers in Communications by Walker’s Legacy and nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year with Style Week in Pittsburgh. She most recently received the 2018 Woman of Influence Award from the Pittsburgh Business Times.

This November, Ebb n' Flow Yoga commemorates six years of business. There are so many memories and milestones that overflow us with so much gratitude.We are honored to open our doors for an Open House. We welcome regulars and new/perspective students alike. Join us for a fun afternoon to pertake in a sampling of our studio's diverse offerings as we walk down memory lane and explore what's next in an interactive, social community atmosphere. Details of the Open House are forthcoming. At 5:30PM, we will gather at Tavern in the Square to continue celebrations over a shared meal. This is a pre-determined buffet style menu. Joy will be in touch with all RSVPs so that our meal meets elements important in your diet. You play a beautiful part in the studio's six years of ebbs and flows.
