This course is a three week series occurring on Mondays, October 17th, 24th, and 31st, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. This course will be held in the Merrick Meeting Room of the Municipal Office Building in West Springfield (26 Central St., West Springfield, MA, 01089). Dinner Dance Saturday evening from 6pm to 11pm, we will come together for cocktails, dinner and dancing at Springfield Country Club, overlooking Springfield and the Connecticut River. Cocktail Hour will begin at 6 pm with dinner buffet and dancing from 7pm until 11pm. A DJ will be providing familiar music reminding us of the ‘good ol’ days’.
West Springfield is located in western Massachusetts featuring both suburban and rural qualities. Although it's a city government, the community wishes to be known as "The Town of West Springfield". Many will remember the Tornado that ripped through the neighborhoods of West Springfield on June 1, 2011 which caused devastation across 39 miles of Massachusetts. The Tornado was the first in 15 years to cause a death in Massachusetts which only see's an average of 2 confirmed tornadoes a year.
