Night Time Splash Party! 6/26 & 8/21
Need something to do on a hot summer night? Bring the family to the zoo and play in the splash pad! Grab a snack from some local yummy food trucks!  The zoo will also have fried dough, pretzels and popcorn available.  The animals will be out so you can stroll around the zoo all night.  Tickets are $5 per person with a max of $25 per family. Kids under the age of 2 years old will get in for free.  Come beat the heat and have some fun! Two dates available June 26th & August 21st. Proceeds to benefit the Friends of Capron Park Zoo

Free Training: Become a Special Education Decision Maker in Attleboro
Are you interested in supporting students in your community?You can help by volunteering to become a Special Education Surrogate Parent (SESP) for a student in state care that requires special education supports and whose parents are unknown or unavailable. These children depend on SESPs to protect their legal right to a free and appropriate education.SESPs serve as appointed decision makers that have the legal authority of a parent or legal guardian to attend and participate in special education team meetings, approve or reject Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and if necessary, file complains or appeals. On average, the time commitment is only 30-40 hours a year.RTSC hosts FREE Orientation Trainings throughout MA where you will learn about the role of an SESP, how traumatic experiences can impact learning and how to incorporate the appropriate supports into the IEP. 2019 Attleboro High School College and Career Fair
The Attleboro High School Guidance Department invites you to join us for our annual College and Career Fair for our Juniors and Seniors. Guidance Counselors and student guides will be available to assist you beginning at 8:30 AM for you to set-up your booth. We suggest parking in the Pool Parking Lot which is on your right if you approach the high school via Lathrop Drive and take Rome Boulevard to Rathbun Willard Drive. If you enter from Dennis Street and Rathbun Willard Drive, the Pool Parking Lot entrance is on your left immediately after the Superintendent's entrance. Zootoberfest 2019
Come join us for a wild after hours event at the Zoo! Time to taste beer at the zoo! Join us on October 5th at the Capron Park Zoo for beer tasting by City Spirits and other local breweries, food trucks and music by Jenny's Chickens. This year a beer and wine bar will be available. Stroll around the zoo and see the animals at night.  We are excited to welcome some great food trucks to our event. Fork & Bibb will be there!
