Paul McCarthy Master Woodcarver originally from Scituate has been leaving his mark on Nantucket for the past 16 years. From his famous eagle carvings, 1000's of quarterboards and business signs to the famous "Going on the Whale" carving that adorns the Whaling Museum. You can visit Paul at his new shop where he continues to keep the tradition of woodcarving alive with his business partner Folk Artist, Jean Petty.
The Town of Nantucket is a 50 square mile island located in Nantucket Sound waters and was founded in 1671.
