Northeast Opportunity for Wellness will be holding it's 6th Annual Kerry Murphy Spin for N.O.W. Event - powered by Putnam Bank - on January 28th, 2017 at The Fitness Studio in Dudley, MA. The spin class will be a 3 hour event – from 11am till 2pm . The class will consist of music, fun, hard work, raffle prizes, snacks, trivia and laughs all in the spirit of fitness and charity. Amy Williams and Earl Rosebrooks will be teaching the event and promise to challenge your mind as well as your heart and your stamina. The cost of the event is $40 to reserve your spot. These spaces sell out very quickly, so please register today. You can earn a free entry by raising a minimum of $100 towards N.O.W.. Registering is still required. Once you reach the minimum fundraising amount, you will have the option of receiving your $40 registration back. All money raised will be going to help fund children’s fitness and continuing to foster NOW’s mission of a healthy lifestyle. Outdoor cyclists are also encouraged to sign up as we will have room for you to bring your bike along with your indoor trainer.

2017 Empowering Women in Business Conference
The 2017 Empowering Women in Business Conference is proud to welcome Angela Hucles, President of the Women's Sports Foundation and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist for US Soccer, two-time World Cup Bronze Medalist, former professional soccer player of the Boston Breakers and the US Soccer Foundations’s 2009 Humanitarian of the Year. This event is designed for learning, sharing and fun! Come share your interest in business with accomplished women in the field and with those just starting out. In addition, several concurrent sessions have been designed for personal and professional development. There will be plenty of opportunities to network with other women throughout the event. A light buffet is included. The evening ends with a door prize and several raffle items.
