Early bird registration ends February 24th  $30.00 Regular registration ends March 27th  $35.00 On-site registration  $45.00 Bridgewater State University welcomes you to the 14th Annual New England Latinx Student Leadership Conference This year’s title, [Insert Latinx Name Here] for President is an effort to attract the attention of young Latinx students, and members of our community across the Northeastern Region. Latinx are steadily making their way into the mainstream population of our country and it is time we continued the conversation to ensure positive gains in areas dedicated to building leadership prospects, and leaders for tomorrow. Are we preparing ourselves for positions of power in our communities? How are we acquiring the education, developing the skills and availing ourselves of opportunities to gain exposure? The New England Latinx Student Leadership Conference is a nationally recognized conference sponsored by the Latinx Knowledge Community of the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals (NASPA) where students communicate about issues within the Latinx community. This conference provides students a venue where they will network with peers from the Northeast Region; reinforce inclusion and student success by providing workshops that address building leadership skill sets. This years conference will explore the social, political, and cultural aspects in today’s society/country. Further, we will explore what we as leaders can do to promote awareness and educate ourselves in preparation for the future.
