Aerial Yoga - Level 1 with Char
Take your yoga practice off the mat and into the air! Join Char Willingham for an Aerial Yoga class that combines elements of a traditional mat yoga practice with Aerial Yoga for an incredibly calming and rewarding experience. During this hour long class yogis are guided through standing postures using the silk as a prop, seated postures using the silk as a sling, and some simple aerial yoga inversions. The class concludes with an extended, relaxing Savasana in the privacy of your own silk cocoon. This is a multi-level class for yogis with a range of experience from brand new beginners to intermediate and advanced practitioners. Advanced aerial yogis will enjoy this opportunity to slow things down. Space is limited to 13 silks, so pre-register to reserve your hammock.
