OPEN PAINT! Do Your Own Thing! All Ages!  Come anytime between 12PM & 2:30PM- LAST CALL FOR PAINT  is 1:45 PM! CLEAN UP AT 2:30PM FIRM! An adult must accompany and remain with all children under 12! No 'drop-offs' for Open Paint! Studio Fee $25 CANVAS & GLASSES SOLD SEPARATELY & MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR- Prices Range from $5-$20 depending on item & size. Open Paint is an opportunity to do your own thing! Choose one of our featured paintings as a guide or be inventive and create your own! Choose from several canvas sizes, wine glasses, coffee mugs or beer Steins!!! Open Paint Creations make the best gifts, especially for that person who has “everything”! Something made by YOU from the heart! We provide all the supplies and lots of inspiration! Our Artists will be on hand to offer encouragement, guidance, pour your paint and offer painting tips, however, this is not a class! If you’d like instruction, we suggest you sign up for one of our instructed paint events. As always, bring your friends, BYOB & snacks too! Adults 21 and older are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages! An adult must accompany and remain with all children under 12! HOW IT WORKS: Reservations are highly recommended! You are welcome to walk-in but only seats that are paid for ahead of time can be reserved. Cape Cod Art Bar professional Artists will be on hand to offer guidance and help you with brushes & paints; however, this is NOT a class with step-by-step instruction. If you’d like instruction, we suggest you sign up for one of our instructed paint events. Admission fee includes paints, full-length aprons and 2 hours of studio time (and we clean it all up)! CANVAS & GLASSES SOLD SEPARATELY- Prices Range from $5-$20 depending on item & Size. If you don't complete your canvas in one session, you may return at a future Open Paint for only the studio fee! We do provide full-length aprons, however, paint WILL stain clothing ~ We suggest you dress accordingly! You may arrive anytime after designated start time - the Studio fee remains the same - at the designated end time brushes are collected, washed and put away! If you have not finished your project you may return to another Open Paint for only the Studio fee. No Instruction/Staff on duty to advise!

Effectively and efficiently manage their performance by applying innovative supply chain management techniques and processes adapted for use in the construction industry. Vigorous supply chain management, in any sized business, leads to greater operational success, reduced costs, higher customer satisfaction and improved financial performance. The supply chains of small businesses are as critical to a company’s success as those in larger firms. Smaller companies often lack a comprehensive strategy to maximize their inter-firm relationships, including managing multi-level supplier performance and customer interactions. This session will allow small and growing businesses to take steps in transitioning their supply chain operations from an administrative chore to an active management process, essential to remaining competitive and relevant in today’s complex business environment. Learning Objectives: Create a long-term supply chain management strategy that will scale with your business and be relevant to your industry Strengthen the link between supplier performance and customer satisfaction 
 Develop the proper quantitative and qualitative metrics to manage and gain control over all levels of suppliers Increase relationship centered communication throughout the supplier community Model customer service requirements throughout the supply chain Identify the future trends in supply chain management that will have a direct impact on your

 About the Speaker: Rich Weissman, an experienced supply chain management professional and educator, works with early stage companies and small businesses to create scalable and sustainable supply chain strategies. His areas of expertise include creating strategic sourcing plans, managing and improving supplier performance, supplier evaluation and selection, project management, contract negotiation and administration, supplier communications, and transportation and logistics management. Weissman teaches operations management, supply chain management, entrepreneurship, strategy and policy, and managerial economics for Endicott College, Northeastern University and Lesley University. He has more than twenty-five years of practical experience in all facets of procurement and supply chain management for Boston area high technology manufacturers. He is past president of the Purchasing Management Association of Boston (ISM-GB) and the recipient of the Harry J. Graham Memorial Award, the highest honor bestowed by the Association. Weissman holds an MS in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He writes and speaks extensively on issues impacting the global supply chain.
