Customer SuccessCon Boston 2019
The Customer Success Association Presents: Customer SuccessCon Boston 2019 The Customer Success Profitability Blueprint (Registration is limited to 100 attendees to ensure maximum interactivity and optimized networking.  A 1-year Executive Membership in The Customer Success Association is included in the conference fee.) Agenda: 12:-1:00:  Check-In and Conversation 1- 5:00  Program For the Customers, while increasing adoption of the product is certainly important, the core issue is getting them to acknowledge the ROI they are receiving.  For your Company, proving the return on their investment made in operating the Customer Success group is equally important -- if not more so. How do you go well beyond the standard "QBR" sort of meeting with the customers to do real Customer Value Reviews, clearly discussing their ROI?  How should you work with customers to present opportunities for increasing their profitability and productivity?  Is your Company considering (as many are) charging for Customer Success as a separately billable item?  What works, and doesn't, for such initiatives?  What are the real costs of operation for a Customer Success group and its services?  How do you establish a realistic staffing level equation that will guide your team as it scales? These, and others, are the topics we'll be discussing at Customer SuccessCon events this year. 5- 7:00:  Reception Customer SuccessCon 2019 CSC Denver, CO: June, 2018 CSC London, UK:  Early September 2019 CSC Seattle, WA: October, 2019 CSC West/Berkeley:  November 2019
