18th Annual Meeting on Oral Care & Oral Cancer About Conference 18th Annual Meeting on Oral care & Oral cancer (Oral care 2018) scheduled to be held during Oct 24-25, 2018 at Boston, USA. This Oral care conference includes a wide range of Keynote presentations, Oral talks, Poster presentations, Symposia, Workshops, Exhibitions and Career development programs. Oral care conference is one of the well-established conference among Dental Conferences organized by Conference Series LLC Ltd. Why to Attend??? Oral care 2018 Conference is a multidisciplinary program with broad participation with members from around the globe focused on learning about dentistry and its advances. This is your best opportunity to reach the largest assemblage of participants from Dental community that is from academia, clinical research entities, medical groups, related associations, societies and also from government agencies, biomedical and medical device industries. Oral Care 2018 will discuss various disciplines involved in the oral care and oral cancer; it will educate health care researchers about design, operation, organizing, research computing, regulatory aspects and reporting of dentistry. It promotes better understanding by the general public about the importance of oral health in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This conference conduct presentations, distribute information, meet with current and potential scientists, make a splash with new clinical research developments, and receive name recognition at this 2-days event. World renowned speakers and the most recent techniques, developments, the newest updates in Dentistry are hallmarks of this conference.     Sessions/Tracks Track 1: Oral Care Oral Care is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions of the oral cavity, commonly in the dentition but also the oral mucosa, and of adjacent and related structures and tissues, particularly in the maxillofacial area. Although primarily associated with teeth among the general public, the field of dentistry or dental medicine is not limited to teeth but includes other aspects of the craniofacial complex including the temperomandibular and other supporting structures. Track 2: Oral Cancer The term oral cancer includes cancers of the mouth cancer and the pharynx. Several types of tissue make up the mouth and oropharynx. Each tissue consists of several types of cells. Cancer can develop from any of these cell types. It is important to know what kind of cancer and how it is treated. More than 9 out of 10 mouth and oropharyngeal cancers are squamous cell carcinoma. Track 3: Pediatric Dentistry Pediatric Dentistry is the branch of dentistry dealing with children from birth through adolescence and it promote the dental health of children and dental visit should occur within six months after the presence of the first tooth or by a child's first birthday because early oral examination aids in the detection of the early stages of tooth decay and it is essential to maintain oral health, modify aberrant habits, and treat as needed and as simply as possible. Track 4: Prosthodontics Prosthodontics is the branch of dentistry concerned with the design, manufacture, and fitting of artificial replacements for teeth and other parts of the mouth. Prosthodontic procedures include crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, complete and partial dentures. Dental implants have become the preferred method for replacing missing teeth, so many prosthodontic procedures today are done with implants as the support instead of the natural teeth or gums. It is the division of dentistry that deals with the management of the tissues surrounding and supporting the teeth, especially the gums. Track 5: Endodontics Endodontics is the branch of dentistry concerning dental pulp and tissues surrounding the roots of a tooth. It includes variety of procedures including endodontic therapy, surgery, treating cracked teeth, and treating dental trauma. Its treatment for the infected pulp of a tooth which results in the elimination of infection and the protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion. Track 6: Cosmetic Dentistry Cosmetic Dentistry primarily focuses on improvement dental aesthetics in color, position, shape, size, alignmentand overall smile appearance. It improves the appearance of a person's teeth, gums and smile. The treatments can be used to  straighten teeth, whitening, full mouth reconstruction and smile makeover. Track 7: Dental Nursing Dental Nursing plays an important role in the organisation and management of the dental practice, assists the dentist in all aspects of patient treatment and plays a vital role in patient care. The main duties of a dental nurseinclude: infection prevention and control, chair-side assistance, preparation and maintenance of the dental surgeryand patient care. You’ll need to reassure people and put them at calm, while supporting the team in all aspects of patient health or care. Track 8: Dental Public Health Dental Public Health is a non-clinical specialty of dentistry that deals with the prevention and promotion of oral health. It is involved in the assessment of key dental health needs and coming up with effective solutions to improve the dental health of populations rather than individuals. It looks beyond the role of a dental practitioner in treating dental disease, and seeks to reduce demand on health care systems by redirection of resources to priority areas. Track 9: Orthodontics Orthodontics deals primarily with the diagnosis, prevention and correction of malpositioned teeth and the jaws. It corrects teeth and jaws that are positioned improperly. The benefits of orthodontic treatment include a healthier mouth, a more pleasing appearance, and teeth that are more likely to last a lifetime. It also includes cosmeticdentistry, when the patient's aim is to improve his appearance. Track 10: Periodontics Periodontics is the specialty of dentistry that studies supporting structures of teeth, as well as diseases and conditions that affect them. It focusing exclusively in the inflammatory disease that destroys the gums and other supporting structures around the teeth. These supporting tissues are known as the periodontium, which includes the gingiva, alveolar bone, cementum, and the periodontal ligament. Track 11: Dental Case reports Dental Case reports is a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient related to Oral cavity & maxillofacial area. It may contain a demographic profile of the patient, but usually describe an unusual or novel occurrence. Some case reports also contain a literature review of other reported cases. It is generally considered a type of anecdotal evidence. Track 12: Future Trends in Dentistry Patient's expectations of service have also increased. The more they invest in their oral health and dentistry the higher their expectations of service. Patients are more informed about the advances in dentistry with programs like "Extreme Makeover". More and more dentists also have external marketing programs including radio, television, websites etc. and patients realize they have choices. Dentists can now offer patients advanced choices like Laser dentistry, Esthetic dentistry, Digital dentistry and Implant dentistry. Track 13:  Oral and maxillofacial surgery Oral and maxillofacial surgery specializes in treating many diseases, injuries and defects in oral and maxillofacialregion. It is often seen as the bridge between medicine and dentistry. It was recognized internationally. It require expertise from both backgrounds such as head and neck cancers, salivary gland diseases, facial disproportion, facial pain, temporomandibular joint disorders, impacted teeth, Pediatric craniofacial and cleft surgery, Antibioticprophylaxis and early dental implant failure,  cysts and tumours of the jaws as well as numerous problems affecting the oral mucosa such as mouth ulcers and infections and also diagnosis and management of dento-facial deformities. Track 14: Restorative Dentistry Restorative Dentistry is the study, diagnosis and integrated management of diseases of the teeth and their supporting structures and the rehabilitation of the dentition to functional and aesthetic requirements of the individual. It encompasses the dental specialties of endodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics and its foundation is based upon how these interact in cases requiring multifaceted care. 13th International Conference on Biopharma & Biotherapeutics
Biopharma 2018 invites all the participants from all over the world to attend '13th International Conference on Biopharma and Biotherapeutics ’ during October 24-25, 2018 in Boston, USA which includes prompt keynote presentations, Oral talks, Poster presentations and Exhibitions. The Biopharma 2018 offers a best platform with its well organized scientific program to the audience which includes interactive panel discussions, keynote lectures, plenary talks and poster sessions on the topics Biopharmaceutics, Drug delivery, Biopharmaceutical Informatics, Novel Approaches, Clinical Trials on Biopharmaceutical Products, Analytical Characterization of Biotherapeutics, current issues in Bioequivalence of Oral Products, Biosimilars and Biologic Drugs, new scientific approaches to international regulatory standards. The conference invites delegates from Biopharma laboratories, Pharmacists, Academicians, Clinicians, Researchers, Health care professionals, students, business delegates and Young researchers across the globe providing a better podium, interconnecting the latest research, technological developments in the arena as well as therapeutic aspects. Theme: Innovations in Biopharmaceutical drug discoveryConference Highlights:Biopharmaceutical Drug Design and DevelopmentNanoparticles-An Innovative Drug Delivery SystemBiopharmaceutical InformaticsClinical Trials on Biopharmaceutical ProductsBiosimilars and Biologic DrugsAnalytical Characterization of BiotherapeuticsBiopharmaceutical Regulatory AffiarsBiologic Drug DevelopmentFormulation Studies for BiotherapeuticsDrug Dissolution of Biopharmaceutical ProductsBA/BE on Biopharmaceutical ProductsBiopharmaceutical Companies & Market analysisBiopharmaceutical Drug Design and DevelopmentDrug design is an inventive process of finding new medications of a biological target which frequently but not necessarily relies on computer modeling techniques use of high throughput screening techniques to analyze a new compounds, both by synthetic and natural, as novel drugs. Regrettably, this approach has yielded very little achievement in the field of anti-infective drug discovery. The identification of both molecular targets that are essential for the survival of the pathogen, and compounds that are active on intact cells, is a challenging task. Even more formidable, however, is the fulfillment for appropriate potency levels and suitable pharmacokinetics, in order to achieve efficacy in small animal disease models.Nanoparticles-An Innovative Drug Delivery System One of the big challenges of medicine today is to deliver drugs specifically to defected cells. Nano particulate drug carriers have the potential to answer to this call, as nanoparticles can cross physiological barriers and access different tissues, and also be provided in a targetable form aimed at enhancing cell specificity of the carrier. Recent developments within material science and strong collaborative efforts crossing disciplinary borders have highlighted the potential of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) for such targeted drug delivery. Here we outline recent advances which in this sense push MSNs to the forefront of drug delivery development. Relatively straightforward inside-out tuning of the vehicles, high flexibility, and potential for sophisticated release mechanisms make these nanostructures promising candidates for targeted drug delivery such as ‘smart’ cancer therapies. Moreover, due to the large surface area and the controllable surface functionality of MSNs, they can be controllably loaded with large amounts of drugs and coupled to homing molecules to facilitate active targeting, simultaneously carrying traceable (fluorescent or magnetically active) modalities, also making them highly interesting.Biopharmaceutical InformaticsBiopharmaceutical informatics endeavors to use information technology, sequence-and structure-based bioinformatics analyses, molecular modeling and simulations, and statistical data analyze towards biologic drug development. Development of databases containing the experimental data on biophysical stability, safety along with molecular sequence.Clinical Trials on Biopharmaceutical ProductsA fundamental component to this mission across the biopharmaceutical industry is determining and solving common issues that compromise the success of a clinical development program – the shared pathway to safer and more clinically meaningful medicines. The challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry make the choice of a strategic discovery partner more important than ever.Biosimilars and Biologic DrugsBiosimilars are the generic version of biological. A biosimilar is a biologic therapeutic item which is duplicate of a unique item that is produced by an alternate organization. It is the new buzz word in pharmaceutical industry. Biosimilars are highly comparable to licensed reference product not accept minor differences in clinically passive components; also there are no clinically needful disparities between the biologicals and the reference product in terms of safety, purity, and potency.Biologic Drugs are genetically occurred from a living organism, such as a virus, protein, to maintain the body’s natural response to infections and diseases. Biologics target proteins, and cells responsible for the manifestation and damage of rheumatoid arthritis and other types of inflammatory arthritis. The proteins targeted include tumors necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), which shows effect in joint inflammation. Biologics are reserved for people whose arthritis has not retorted well to disease-modifying anti rheumatic drugs (DMARDs).Analytical Characterization of BiotherapeuticsEmerging analytical tools and techniques used for the characterization of therapeutic proteins and antigen reagents from the basic recombinant antigen and antibody characterization of complex which increases the molecular designs and analysis techniques of a therapeutic protein which exposes the analytical challenges that may occur when characterizing these molecules, and presents a number of tested solutions. Biotherapeutics is a resource for analytical scientists, biologists, and mass spectrometrists involved in the analysis of biomolecules, as well as scientists employed in the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industries.Biopharmaceutical Regulatory AffiarsRegulatory Science is the science of advanced standards equipment, and paths to assess the safety, Drug toxicity and quality, potency of all FDA-regulated products. An access to lengthen the programs in regulatory science that leverages what has been well-educated in the development of training programs for translational scientists, and this model for regulatory science program development is being refined and adopted by all of the institutions that are part of the CTSA network. The target audience for such a program is broad, noted that it is necessary to break out of the mindset that regulatory science resides totally with FDA and that the field's purpose is to create a workforce that will function within the FDA. Regulatory science is a collaborative effort that goes beyond FDA. Critical needs for a regulatory science training program understand research and scientific methodology, toxicology, therapeutics, and pharmacology that underpin the regulatory process.Biologic Drug DevelopmentBiopharmaceutics are a drug substance derived from living organisms or produced using biotechnology that are composed of biological entities such as proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, or cells. Drug development and biological product is a global massive complex enterprise that entails health care systems, disease knowledge, drug development, clinical research with many technologies and processes.Formulation Studies for BiotherapeuticsBiotherapeutics is illustrated as the process in which different chemical materials are incorporated to form final medicinal substances. The formulation studies associates developing a preparation of drug tolerable for patient. Formulation is the word often used in a way that consists dosage form. Formulation studies examines factors such as solubility, polymorphism, particle size, and pH as all of these can effects bioavailability and hence the reaction of a drug.
