Cape Conservatory Jazz Band at the BCC - Two Shows Only
COOL DOWN WITH HOT JAZZ! The Barnstable Comedy Club, located at 3171 Main Street, Rte. 6A in Barnstable presents the 20 piece Cape Conservatory Jazz Band! Under the direction of band leader, Tyler Newcomb, they'll be performing big band concert hits by Stan Kenton and Count Basie and Glenn Miller along with vocalist Dennis Flaherty (performing hits by Michael Buble`, Frank Sinatra and Bobby Darin.) Performance dates are on Sunday, August 19 and August 26 at 7PM. Tickets are $20 and may purchased at the door (cash or checks) or may be reserved by calling the box office at 508-362-6333. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Cape Conservatory's scholarship program. Please join us for an evening of jazz, swing and pop music from days gone by.

LAST BOUT OF THE 2018 SEASON! Come cheer on Cape Cod's only roller derby team, the Salty Dolls as they go up against the Parlor City Tricks from Broome County Rollers in Endicott, NY. Join us at the CAPE COD COMMUNITY COLLEGE GYMNASIUM located at 2240 Iyannough Rd, West Barnstable, MA 02668 (Directly off Exit 6 - Enter the college and follow the ring road around until Parking Lots 10/11 and enter the front entrance of the Gymnasium) Doors open at 4:00pm, First Whistle at 5pm. Kids 5 and under that can sit on your lap are free! LIMITED SEATING: Please be sure to get there early to grab a seat. Additional trackside seating on the floor available for 18+ aged spectators (the CLOSEST you can get to the action without being on the track yourself!)
