A message from the Superintendent:
Welcome to the Braintree Public Schools,
Our district has a long history of high academic performance and a sense of community that welcomes our learners into engagement with their education. With an outstanding teaching staff, caring administrators, and a mission devoted to preparing all students to become responsible and contributing members of a diverse and global society, we stand prepared to partner with our families in the support of our students through their personal growth and development.
Our work is centered on three focus areas:

While engaged in our schools, students participate in a challenging curriculum, a host of appropriate support systems, a generous offering of extra-curricular activities, a vibrant athletic program at our middle and high schools, and in frequent celebrations of who we are and what we have accomplished.
We look forward to working with all of our students and families in their pursuit of the goals they set for themselves, knowing that our students’ growth will ultimately enrich our community, both locally and beyond.

The mission of the Braintree Public Schools, in partnership with parents and the community, is to prepare all students to become responsible and contributing members of a diverse and global society.
